Boing is a 2D platform game originally shipped along with a bottom-up action shooter called "Sphera" for the MGT Sam Coupe computers.
Review
STORY / GAMEPLAY This is a Dizzy-like arcade platform in which your mission is to collect three pieces of a time machine and 20 different potions and then find the exit and escape from the crazy planet infested with creatures of varying weirdness. You have to pick up objects and use them in certain screens to achieve the relevant results.
GRAPHICS / SOUND Boing is a great platform game for the Sam Coupe. It features detailed and colorful graphics, although I would expect more detail on the backgrounds. The sprites' animation is really smooth and makes this platform game very playable! As far as the sound, the game has a catchy in-game tune and a few nice (but basic) sound effects.
